Lockdown Special Shramik Train
Again India Lockdown extend till 17th may 2020.
We know that , Right Now Indian Passenger Train are not running because of Covid_19 till End of the March.
Now Indian Railway organised special train facility for Students, workesr, tourist who trapped in the other state due to covid lockdown, so they can back to their home town and village.
This trains will run at the request of the respective state government at both the points.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs Guideline, the trains will be run with all precautionary measures on board.
Who can Go with Shrmaik Speical Train ?
- Each shramik train will carry between 1,000 and 1,200 people to ensure social distancing during travel
- Thermal Test is compulsory at the boarding point and clear test without any symptoms of covid.
- The sending state provide sanitized coach for the passengers .
- Meal and drinking water would be provided to the passengers by sending states at the originating station.
- The received station authorities will also have to follow protocols of mandatory quarantine for 21 days for the received passengers.
- Within the train, social-distancing, hygiene and covering the face with masks are a mandatory rule. Everyone has to abide by the same. Source- Zee News
How to Register for Shramik Special train? The stranded persons willing to travel to another state have to register with any of the two state government (source & destination) to avail the facility.
